A client or potential buyer will identify a property through our advertising marketing process, they will set a meeting with one of our professional sales consultants, they will have to see the place and like it, in case they like it they will have to sign an offer to purchase or contract that allows them to buy, the very contract will be presented to the seller and As soon as the seller has approved it the potential buyer or his agent will have to get finances to secure the sale either through a financial institution (bank), through a guarantee or cash since we believe that all purchasing methods are still legal and seen as cash. 

Once finances are secured, the buyer will be contacted by a transferring and bond attorney to confirm that they have obtained their finances through a financial institution for the mortgage and property transfer, ensuring that the property and mortgage are registered in the buyer's name. From there, they will be allowed to move into their homes. In terms of rental, the tenant will have to identify the property through our marketing process, see it, and sign the lease agreement with our rental agent. Upon fulfillment of all lease terms and conditions, the lessee will then be able to move into their rental property.
